AUTOMATION & AGENTIC AI — BUILT BY AN OPERATOR

Your team is spending hours every week on work AI should already be handling. I know, because mine was too — I scaled an ecommerce and wholesale business to $35M, and when the market turned, the AI systems I built are what kept us profitable. Now I build them for founders like you.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Every dollar of margin matters. Most of yours is leaking out through manual work.

You don’t fix a tight market by working your team harder. You fix it by refusing to pay people to do work a system should handle. In a good year you absorb the waste. In a tight one, it’s the difference between profit and not.

  • Someone manually bridges your store and your books — every single day.

  • Support scales only by hiring. Every volume spike means another salary.

  • Hours a week spent moving data between systems that don’t talk.

  • Emails triaged by hand. Follow-ups remembered by humans. POs tracked in a spreadsheet.

Every line above is a number on your P&L. I find them, put a dollar figure on them, and build the AI that closes them — so your margin holds even when sales don’t.

Brian Greenspan, founder of Spanora

WHY SPANORA

I’m not a consultant who learned AI. I’m an operator who used it to survive a downturn.

For two decades I ran companies, not slide decks. I built a furniture ecommerce and wholesale operation to $35M in 2021 — without any AI at all. Then the market turned: tariffs, soft demand, the hardest stretch our industry has seen. Sales dropped hard.

Working harder wasn’t going to fix it. So over the last 18 months I built AI into my own businesses — customer service agents, accounting workflows connecting systems that don’t talk, AI email routing, monitoring that runs itself. The result wasn’t more sales. It was a leaner operation and a higher profit margin in the worst market I’ve seen.

That’s the difference between Spanora and an AI consultancy: I’m not guessing what works. I’m installing what already saved my own company.

“I didn’t scale to $35M with AI — I did that the hard way. What AI did was keep us profitable when the market tried to take it back. That’s the part I build for other founders.”

WHAT I BUILD

The work eating your margin — built to run itself.

Customer Service Agents

Agentic AI that answers, routes, and resolves inside the tools you already use — so support scales without payroll scaling with it.

Accounting & Operations Workflows

The reconciliation, data entry, and system-to-system shuffling, automated. Shopify, NetSuite, your ERP — connected so nobody bridges them by hand again.

Custom AI Agents

Built around your operation, not a template. Email routing, AI reception, social media management, inventory and competitor monitoring. If a person does it on repeat, I can build the AI that does it instead.

If you’ve been told “AI can’t do that” — bring me the workflow. That’s usually where the best builds start.

HOW IT WORKS

I start by understanding your operation.
Then I build what fixes it.

Most consultants start with a solution and make your business fit it. I start with how your operation actually runs — because I’ve sat in your chair, and that’s where the answers hide.

Most first builds go from working session to live system in weeks, not quarters.

01

Working Session

A working conversation with the people who actually run your operation. Not a pitch — a real look at how the work moves and where time and money are disappearing.

02

Operational Findings

A clear breakdown of where money is being lost, what’s automatable, and the dollar impact of fixing it. Yours to act on — with me or without me.

03

Build & Test

I design and build your workflows and agents inside the tools you already use, and test them against real volume. You deal with me — the person who built these systems for his own company — not a junior team.

04

Handoff & Ownership

I train your team and hand over the keys. You own everything I build. No lock-in, no dependency.

ON THE BENCH RIGHT NOW

Real systems, being built right now.

Spanora is new as a firm — the systems aren’t. I’d rather show you exactly what’s on my bench today than dress up a portfolio.

Doc Pickle

Ecommerce · Food & Beverage

Shopify connected to NetSuite for automated accounting. Full AI social media management. AI email routing. The manual data entry, content scheduling, and inbox triage that ate the founder’s week — gone from his plate.

The data entry and inbox triage that used to own my mornings just don’t anymore. It quietly handles the busywork and I got my week back.

Wayne Electrical Supply

Wholesale / Distribution

AI receptionist for inbound calls. AI email handling. Back-office task automation. Built for a lean team that can’t afford hours lost to repetitive work.

Calls and emails get handled before anyone on my team has to touch them. For a crew our size, that’s the difference between keeping up and falling behind.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Founders whose operations are getting more expensive to run by hand.

I lead with the businesses I’ve actually scaled — but these systems apply anywhere repetitive work is eating a team’s week.

  • Ecommerce

Volume and support outgrowing the team while margins tighten.

  • Wholesale / Distribution

POs, supplier follow-ups, reconciliation, and customer service eating hours you can’t spare.

  • Operations-heavy businesses

If your day runs on manual work across disconnected tools, we should talk.

Best fit: operating businesses doing $1M+ with a team drowning in repeatable work.

WHAT THIS IS WORTH

In a soft market, margin is everything. That’s what these systems protect.

Manual coordination, reconciliation, and support cost fully-loaded labor dollars every week — on tasks AI can run for a fraction. I lived it: when our furniture sales fell, cutting that manual cost is a big part of why our profit margin went up instead of down. A Spanora build isn’t about work feeling easier. It’s about measuring where the money was going and confirming it’s not going there anymore.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What founders ask before they book.

No. These are automation and agentic AI systems wired into your actual tools — your store, your books, your inbox, your phone line. They do the work, not chat about it.
